So, while the scientific debate continues in the absence of Federal leadership, Dr. Deborah Birx, White House COVID Task Force, says:

• Outdoors is better than indoors

• Masks are necessary when you can’t distance

• Masks can be a fashion statement!

• We do not know if there will be a resurgence of infections in New York State

• Gov Cuomo quarantine of people from “hot spot” state makes sense

• Staying at home works

• I’d rather wear a mask than be on a ventilator!
